Thursday night I played poker at Max’s Sports Bar, in their regular Thursday night Buzztime hold’em tournament. Didn’t win, but I came away with a couple of pieces of news that I wanted to share.<\/p>\n

First of all, Max’s now sells the table rub that they use on their BBQ nachos. It would be good on beef, chicken, poultry, pork, pretty much any meat. I imagine it would even be good on tofu, if you can get past the fact that tofu kinda sucks. Here’s a picture of Michele holding the table rub:<\/p>\n

It sells for $5.50 a bottle.<\/p>\n

In other news, Max’s is giving away a golf bag.<\/p>\n
