Yesterday I saw a lot of special task force police cars and Secret Service cars heading down Second toward the Civil Rights Museum, and this morning as I made my walk to Walgreens they had Madison blocked off in front of the Madison Hotel.<\/p>\n
Here’s what’s going on: The president of Liberia<\/a> is in town. Liberia’s president is a woman, by the way.
