In case you’ve been living in a cave the past 4 hours or so: The Supreme Court of the United States legalized same-sex marriage in all 50 states. It was a 5-4 vote, Justice Kennedy siding with the liberals. When I was in grade school, I remember learning about landmark decisions like Brown v. Board of Education<\/i> and Miranda v. Arizona<\/i>. Today’s decision will sit alongside them. Although the decision does not affect me personally, it makes me proud to be an American.<\/p>\n
