A very neat concept happens at Loflin Yard Thursday night: The Civil Pour<\/a>. The idea is that we need to regain the ability to listen to each other, that we need to recover civil discourse. It’s not a debate, and it’s not a fight. The discussion topic this time is “red state”\/”blue state.” The idea is that we tend to think in binary terms about politics. Liberal\/conservative, black lives\/blue lives, pro-life\/pro-choice, gun control\/2nd Amendment, etc. What if we stopped thinking in binary?<\/p>\n Are you a Disney fan?
