There is a Cajun food vendor set up near Main and Union. The gumbo is excellent and the blackened alligator tail on a stick is too. If you come down there today and you like spicy food, that is my pick for lunch or dinner. I will say that the alligator tail is a bit on the salty side, but worth it.<\/p>\n
