I guess I’ve recovered from being sick.\u00a0 There was nothing to eat in the apartment so a little after midday, I had to go out to keep from dying of starvation.\u00a0 Went to Big Foot, where my BFF was bartending.\u00a0 Ordered food.\u00a0 She walked back to the kitchen to get it.\u00a0 She had tight khaki shorts on.\u00a0 “You need to walk to the kitchen more often,” I told her.<\/p>\n
“Why, so you can look at my butt?” she responded.\u00a0 “Paul, that’s kind of creepy.”<\/p>\n
How is that creepy?\u00a0 I’m a straight guy.\u00a0 I will admit, despite all the trash-talking I do on the blog, I love my BFF and truly enjoy her company.\u00a0 But I’m still a guy.\u00a0 I look.\u00a0 We’re hard-wired to look.\u00a0 It’s just that I’m not afraid to admit it.\u00a0 It’s been my experience (my own in earlier days, and watching other people) that when a guy and a girl are friends, and the guy claims he never, ever looks at the girl that way when he obviously does, that the result is a distrustful, screwed-up friendship.\u00a0 I refuse to do that anymore.\u00a0 I love my female friends but I don’t apologize for being a guy.\u00a0 Heck, I do Tube Top Month in this blog, how much more could I put it out there.\u00a0 You either get me or you don’t.<\/p>\n
Okay.\u00a0 Off the soapbox.\u00a0 After I ate I went to the Saucer to get my final 3 plate beers out of the way.\u00a0 Beer report:<\/p>\n
