This would put more FedExForum post-event traffic on congested MLK Jr. Ave. and Vance Ave.<\/p>\n<p>The Shelby County Health Department <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shelbytnhealth.com\/299\/Current-Job-Postings\">is hiring<\/a> for several positions.<\/p>\n<p>This morning I posted that I learned recently that &#8220;flying monkeys&#8221; is a psychological term. Here&#8217;s a page with <a href=\"https:\/\/pro.psychcentral.com\/recovery-expert\/2016\/07\/the-narcissists-flying-monkeys\/\">more info on flying monkeys<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In celebration of the arrival of Daylight Time, Ghost River is throwing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/254388548351247\/\">Spring Forward Festival<\/a> on Sunday, March 12. They will lead off with Brunch at the Brewery with the Flying Sobies truck as usual, with fried hens, waffles and fries from 12 to 4 in the afternoon. Brunch drinks will be available all day.<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;ll have a few spring-themed vendors in the brewery taproom from 2 to 6. These will include Gardens Oy Vey (indoor\/outdoor plants) and Somerset O&#8217; Neill (hair flowers, headbands, gloves, coozies, and costume pieces and embellishments). They hope to add more vendors.<\/p>\n<p>They will also have parking lot games including 4-square, ring toss, ladder toss, sidewalk chalk, and hula hoops on Sunday, and the games will be back on weekends from now on.<\/p>\n<p>In conjunction with the time change, the weekly &#8220;Songwriter Sessions&#8221; will experience a time change as well. Formerly noon-3, the event will move to 5-7:30 and will transform into &#8220;Sunday Evening Slowdown.&#8221; Crockett Hall will host the event, and this Sunday he is bringing The Rusty Pieces. From 5 PM on this Sunday the Eddy&#8217;s Pepper food truck will be on site for the rest of the night.<\/p>\n<p>Lansky Bros. has a website and marketing coordinator position open.
