Tickets are $64.50-$125 and there is a VIP meet and greet package available as well.<\/p>\n<p>South Main residents and stakeholders: There will be a public discussion about the proposed special permit for a Curio\/Hilton branded hotel at Central Station on Tuesday, March 28 at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be in the Central Station meeting room, with the entrance off G.E. Patterson. The proposed hotel would have 123 rooms, meeting spaces, restaurants, and retail outlets.<\/p>\n<p>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/pledgeit.org\/grizzlies\">make a pledge<\/a> to donate an amount of your choice to St. Jude every time either Marc Gasol or Mike Conley records an assist in 9 games between March 15 and March 31. Pledges of a certain amount make donors eligible for drawings to receive Grizzlies prizes.<\/p>\n<p>AutoZone Park <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/memphis\/news\/2017\/03\/21\/rooftop-garden-announced-for-autozone-park.html\">is getting a rooftop garden<\/a>. Produce from the garden will be used for concession items. They&#8217;ll pair Trefoils with their ESB, Samoas with their Baller Brown Ale, Savannah Smiles with the Island Wheat, and Thin Mints with their Milk Stout. $20 in advance, $25 at the door. They&#8217;ll also have a special tomorrow where you can take home a High Cotton growler and a box of cookies to enjoy over the weekend for $20. They recommend the Dunkelweizen with the Tagalongs, or their flagship Scottish Ale with Do Si Dos.<\/p>\n<p>High Cotton&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/1887175231518952\/?ti=icl\">crawfish boil<\/a> is this Sunday from 1 to 6. Crawfish Shack will be on site preparing the bugs. Get a pound of crawfish and a High Cotton beer for $10, or two pounds and a beer for $16. Pricing excludes small batch beers.<\/p>\n<p>Damn! Look at all this publicity I&#8217;m giving High Cotton. I bet that&#8217;s why the taproom manager wants to be friends with me on Facebook. She probably thinks I am awesome!<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/wreg.com\/2017\/03\/21\/stolen-memphis-tour-bus-found-after-keys-left-inside\/\">stolen Blues City Tours bus<\/a> I reported about in yesterday&#8217;s post has been located.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wreg.com\/2017\/03\/21\/two-arrested-one-wanted-in-downtown-memphis-graffiti\/\">Two men have been arrested<\/a> for tagging Downtown buildings with graffiti. Thousands of dollars of damage was done. The men and an additional suspect were caught on camera.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to my home state of Arkansas on taking a step out of the Dark Ages. The state will no longer honor Robert E. Lee on the third Monday of January along with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Mississippi and Alabama are the two remaining states carrying on this embarrassing and disrespectful tradition.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, March 27 <a href=\"http:\/\/memphisriverfront.com\/event\/american-queen-docking-28\/2017-03-27\/\">the American Queen will be docked at Beale Street Landing<\/a> from 4 AM to 5 PM.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s it for now.
