The projected matchup I saw was Iowa State vs. FIU, and I thought, “Ugh, boring.” But instead, the Liberty Bowl pleasantly surprised us with a Kansas State vs. Navy matchup. Inviting an AAC school who is one of the Tigers’ favorite opponents was a smart move. For once we get to cheer for Navy in the Liberty Bowl.<\/p>\n
