Local Memphis reports there will be a change on Beale this New Year’s<\/a>. The iconic guitar drop won’t happen this year; instead, a mirror ball will rise. It’s unclear whether the guitar drop is gone only for this one year or for good. Memphis Tourism is doing its darndest to still promote this as a big event, with live music on a stage spanning the street, a video screen at Fourth and Beale, and DJ Tree starting at 11.<\/p>\n

Calabrese, Fontina, olives, mushrooms, green onions… but what was really different about this pizza was the crust, which was made with PBR. It gave the crust a bolder taste. I don’t think they should mess with their standard crust as their main offering, but this crust would be good as a special now and then. As Jessica pointed out, the crust would also be good with a cheese dipping sauce.<\/p>\n
