Congressional candidate Nikki “No Substance” Tinker has made the “World’s Worst Person”<\/a> list compiled by Keith Olbermann, host of MSNBC’s “Countdown.”\u00a0 She made the list for her attack ads against Rep. Steve Cohen using KKK imagery.\u00a0 She shot to #1 on the list last night, and has since fallen to #2.<\/p>\n
