Last week I reported there was a sign on the door of El-Basha Grill, the restaurant that never opened at 8 S. Main, advertising that a frozen drink chain called Fat Tuesday was hiring. This morning I walked past there on the way to Walgreens (which has Mountain Dew back in stock – YAAAYYY!) and saw that all the restaurant tables are chairs have been removed. That adds credence to the belief that 8 S. Main will indeed be the location of Fat Tuesday.<\/p>\n
The inside dining\/drinking area appears really small – about 500-600 square feet. Perhaps they will take advantage of to-go drink sales being legal at restaurants through 2023 (and probably forever).<\/p>\n
