A Mississippi contractor has been cited<\/a> for violations in the renovation of the old Butcher Shop building at 99-105 S. Front, the Daily Memphian reports. A worker fell to his death on the construction site on February 23. TOSHA found that a winch designed for automotive uses was being used to lift wooden beams on the site.
