From the CA: 7-story parking garage will hinder essence of Uptown and Greenlaw neighborhoods<\/a>, written by residents of those neighborhoods. St. Jude is proposing to build a 7-story parking garage on the block of A.W. Willis between North Third and North Fourth, a block residents consider the heart of their community. The plan for Uptown indicates that a park would be desirable in that location.
