Here’s the updated ice forecast from the National Weather Service. Memphis has moved into the 0.5-0.75 inch band.<\/p>\n

Some ice impacts rule-of-thumb:<\/p>\n
0-0.25: Smaller limbs damaged, a coating on your car and minor power outages<\/p>\n
0.25-0.5: Larger limbs damaged, roads starting to become slick. More power outages<\/p>\n
