Penny’s Memphis Tigers clinched the 2 seed in the American Conference tournament with an 81-62 road win over SMU last night. Folks, we’re down to one regular-season game left, and it’s a game that can’t hurt the Tigers but has lots of potential to help them. The NCAA tournament committee won’t penalize Memphis for losing to the number-one team nationally – but a win over Houston on Sunday sure would result in a sweet reward om the seed line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ABC Nightline is sending a film crew to Atomic Rose this Sunday to film its Drag Brunch. It’s part of the national media coverage of the ridiculous bill in the Tennessee legislature that would ban public drag shows. Rose is asking for a flood of support.
