It covers<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Washburn&#8217;s Escape Alley<\/li>\n<li>Center Lane<\/li>\n<li>Park Lane<\/li>\n<li>Barboro Alley<\/li>\n<li>November 6th Street<\/li>\n<li>Stereo Alley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The article has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.highgroundnews.com\/features\/BetweenTheLinesII.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a Part II<\/a> which focuses on redevelopment efforts of Downtown&#8217;s alleys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Floyd Alley (in The Edge)<\/li>\n<li>Barboro Alley<\/li>\n<li>Maggie H. Isabel Street and the pocket park across from The Brass Door<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The article also mentions Edge Alley, which is not an alley but a restaurant squeezed in between Monroe and Madison. Having been written in 2017, High Ground News&#8217; article pre-dates the redevelopment of The Ravine.<\/p>\n<p>Forbes ran a nice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/rogervaldez\/2023\/07\/10\/tennessee-encampments-this-is-a-solvable-problem\/?sh=602e4d1b3281\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article on The Hospitality Hub<\/a> this week, addressing the issue of homeless encampments in public spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Among the Hospitality Hub&#8217;s services is the Hub Studios, providing temporary non-congregate housing for their clients.
