I just spent about 20 minutes studying the safety plan and here is what I -THINK- you should do if you want to drive to the heart of the Downtown entertainment district and park there.<\/p>\n DISCLAIMER: I have not tried to drive\/park Downtown using this strategy and could be totally wrong.
