Because we\u2019re coming into the second week of May and it\u2019s not done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Between that construction and the construction of the future Brooks Museum, we have a situation where Monroe Avenue is closed, then open, then closed, then open, all on a 4-block stretch from Riverside to B.B. King. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s confusing to drivers and I\u2019m sure it\u2019s costing businesses on that street money. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
