What makes me mad is, this time I know the people in the wheelchairs. This photo was taken about a block from the Union Mission, where I\u2019d estimate 40-60 of the nightly guests have mobility challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I betcha anything those scooters were parked by teenagers on their way to Wendy\u2019s on the corner. Parents, please teach your kids to be considerate of others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
