I tried the Loaded Croissant – bacon, egg, and cheese – at Memphis Chess Club yesterday. Excellent flavor and it didn’t fall apart the way a lot of breakfast sandwiches do. I’m told it’s their best-selling menu item. I put mustard on my loaded croissant but sriracha would also be an option.<\/p>\n
