Here are the details on the Dogfish Head brewery dinner at Mesquite Chop House on January 27: Steve Barzizza, from Southwestern Distributors, will speak about the brewery and the specially crafted beers. The five beers, India Pale Ale, 90 Minute, Midas Touch, Palo Santo Marron and, to finish, Fort, are “big beers” ranging in alcohol content from 7% to 18%. Mixer at 6:30, dinner at 7.
