This CA article<\/a> reports that Cooper’s investors backed out, and he is currently looking for new ones before he can move forward. Kinda surprised by that – who wouldn’t want a convicted felon as a business partner?<\/p>\n There’s a plan in the works to ease traffic congestion at the I-55\/Crump\/Riverside intersection. I-55 traffic will be rerouted straight through, and a roundabout will provide local access to streets like Crump and Riverside.
