Right now they plan to use the space formerly occupied by Alice&#8217;s Market and Blue Sky Couriers (which share a building with the Corkscrew on Front) as the new Downtown Monkey.  They say it should be able to seat 120 (slightly larger than the old location&#8217;s 92) and it should be open by September at the latest.  Sounds like that&#8217;ll be the permanent location and they&#8217;ll figure out something else to do with the empty space at Front and G.E. Patterson occupied by the former, burned-down Monkey.<\/p>\n<p>They still need corks, so if you have any to donate run &#8217;em by the Midtown location.
