The Nuh-Uh Girl, shown here on the business end of a cupcake (copyright Air Traffic Mike<\/a>), celebrates her birthday Thursday. Since she’s a regular at the Peabody’s rooftop parties, they decided to honor her with the Duckmaster-for-a-day title.<\/p>\n
