Back at work after a couple of birthday days off, putting together a dining guide for an upcoming tournament my company is holding in Rhode Island. One of the nearby restaurants has a build-your-own mac & cheese bar. Yum.
Oh wow. There’s a gourmet grilled cheese store too. My friend Katie Mac would be in heaven at that place.
This is mainly an event for kids, but even as an adult I think it sounds pretty cool: Discover the Ice Age is coming to the Cook Convention Center this weekend. You can meet mammoths, mastodons, saber-toothed cats and other megafauna that ruled the world during the Ice Age.
