It’s 8:17 PM and I’m still at Blind Bear with the MacBook. So let’s do another post.
I’ve learned this week’s specials (“The Features”), although they don’t have prices attached yet. Those have yet to be determined.
- A coffee-encrusted ribeye. I had a bite, and while I’m not generally a fan of things coffee-flavored, it interacted REALLY well with the natural flavors of the steak.
- A shrimp salad. This was tasty and the presentation was gorgeous.
- Looks like that cheesecake returned for an encore, with strawberry or blackberry sauce.
