Okay, time to get back to that cliffhanger from this morning… where I left everyone hanging about the BFF of the Month announcement.
But wait, it wouldn’t be a cliffhanger without a commercial in the middle, right? SO… check back after work today for another announcement… the launch of my latest online store. The target audience for this new site is very similar to the target audience for Tube Top Boutique. It’ll be announced sometime between 5 and 6 PM.
All right, let’s get back to it. We had three finalists: Stephanie, Kristin and Darbi, and Jenny and Michelle.
Okay, I have a confession to make.
I’ve been stringing everyone along.
I’ve known for over two weeks now who my pick for the August BFF of the Month will be. I was still open to suggestions through the end of July, but I had a pretty good idea who I was going to pick all along.
I just figured I’d create a little tension and competition with my July 30 “BFF candidates have one last chance to state their case” comment.
It worked too. Several BFF candidates lobbied for themselves.
However…
only one BFF candidate sent me this…
“If you make us your August BFF, Darbi and I promise to wear these!”
How can I argue with logic like that? Especially when I had already picked them as the winner in my mind anyway.
