Jimmy “Sushi Jimmi” Sinh has operated food trucks Downtown, and he has had brick-and-mortar restaurants in other parts of the city. Now he’s opening something permanent in our neck of the woods, at 496 Tennessee St. It sounds like May’s Sushi & Catering (named for his wife) will be upscale, with reservations required for dinner and lunches more casual.
