Calhoun’s will be open at noon Thursday, January 1 and Friday, January 2 for those who want to watch early-afternoon bowl games. They have added extra TVs and are now up to 8 total. There’s a special purpose in mind for a couple of those TVs after bowl season is over. Don’t know if I’m allowed to talk about it yet though. I applied for a very cool job today. I’m going to be somewhat vague about this, so as not to give the competition any leads, but it’s a programming job for a nonprofit whose mission is near and dear to my heart. Thanks to one of my blog’s readers for informing me about the position. I’ve spent the past couple of months spinning my wheels, waiting for “the right job” to come along… this may be the right job.
