Barboro Flats, the new apartment building under construction at Main and Gayoso (for years the site of “the big hole in the ground”), finally has its frame up. To celebrate, they’re having a topping-off party at noon on Wednesday, December 16. “No speeches,” they promise, and there will be BBQ and refreshments.
