Wiseacre Brewing Co. is celebrating the groundbreaking on its Downtown brewery and taproom this afternoon. The public is invited. It will be at 1 PM at 398 S. B.B. King Blvd. Come on out and watch one of the initial steps in the transformation of the South of Forum neighborhood.
