A new event called the Memphis Tequila & TacoFest will happen in Court Square Saturday, March 26 from 2 to 6 PM. The event is organized by the Tennessee Bone Marrow Foundation. Your ticket ($25) will include 8 tequila tastings, gift bags, a live performance, and a performance by K97 DJ Houston. Taco vendors Mexico in Memp and TACOnganas will be on site.

Construction begins this spring on the interchange at I-55 and Crump. The plan is to separate highway traffic from interstate traffic, and eliminate situations where drivers have to take a winding, single-lane exit to remain on the interstate.

AAC tournament: 3-seed Memphis takes on 6-seed UCF tonight at 8 in the quarterfinals. The game will be broadcast on ESPNU.
