A new restaurant called Happy Memphis has opened at 385 S. Second. According to Facebook, soft opening hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and its offerings include wings, Phillys, burgers, pasta, tacos, Alfredo, kids’ meals, and more. Welcome to the neighborhood!
