The Rapscallions won first place at trivia tonight. Afterward I watched the Hogs beat Texas on the Saucer’s big screen, then walked down to Bardog Tavern for to-go food.
Pictured above is “The Rambo,” a grilled and sliced New York strip sandwich with caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, pepperoncini, white American cheese, and horseradish cream on a hoagie roll.
Because I’m a big fan of audience participation, I’ll leave it as an exercise to the reader to determine whether I enjoyed my sandwich.
