Friday night I stopped by the Majestic Grille for a snack. The Cajun Chicken Eggrolls were new to the menu and I decided to give them a try. Very good. According to the menu the rolls are made with blackened chicken, corn, goat cheese, cheddar, red onion, and cilantro. They come with a Creole mustard dipping sauce.
