Here are some pics I snapped at Riverside Drive between Monroe and Union tonight.
Within days Riverside itself will be under water.
I need a perch high up to take pics. My rooftop at Number 10 is not the best for river pics because the Madison Hotel blocks it. Anyone know of a good photo-taking venue from above?
