In other Grizzlies news, Forbes has released its 2020 NBA team valuations. The Grizzlies came in at #30 at $1.3 billion, just behind the New Orleans Pelicans at $1.35 billion. League average is $2.123 billion, and the leading valuation is the team with the front office that gets everything wrong: The New York Knicks at $4.6 billion. Location, location, location.

Arcade restaurant is hosting a pre- and post-parade celebration the day of the St. Patrick’s Day parade on Beale Street, Saturday, March 14. They’ll have live music by Wyly Bigger, a dollar off Irish coffee drinks (made with Mad Priest Coffee), and they’ll also have green beer and Irish car bombs.

Two men with sledgehammers tried to break into Gus’s early Monday morning, triggering the burglar alarm. Both suspects were apprehended by police nearby.

Memphis Made Brewing Co. will host Half Pints for Half Pints, a unique fundraiser for Peabody Elementary School, Saturday, February 29.

Tickets are $50 individual/$85 couple and can be purchased at http://www.halfpints.org. There will be food from Aldo’s Pizza Pies, Central BBQ, Celtic Crossing, Hattie B’s Chicken, Mulan Asian Bistro, Sunrise Memphis, and Sweet Grass. Goner Records will supply the music. There will be a silent auction, and of course there will be Memphis Made beer.
