New Wing Order will celebrate one year on Beale at the Ghost River taproom this Saturday. There’ll be entertainment, giveaways, a new beer release, and some one-day-only food specials. Unlike most brewery taprooms, Ghost River on Beale has a full bar.

New Wing Order’s wing flavor of the month (at the Beale location and on the food truck) is Huli Huli. From their Facebook page: “This Hawaiian style barbecue sauce includes fresh pineapple, ginger, garlic, scallions, and soy.”

For those interested in what I’m reading from the library’s e-collection: I finished the Billy Joel bio and checked it back in early. Now I’m reading Beast: John Bonham and the Rise of Led Zeppelin.

That’s it for today. Back tomorrow with more news, probably.
