And now, it’s time for a recommendation by assistant blog writer Perjorie T. Roll:

Although it isn’t even a Downtown event, Perjorie feels strongly that you should take a Lyft or an Uber out to Black Lodge in Crosstown Thursday evening for Dinner and a Bad Horror Movie. Now, I’m not much of a movie person myself, but Perjorie tells me the movie to be shown Thursday, TROLL 2, is widely considered “the best horror film of all time.” As for dinner, I’m gonna just copy and paste the menu:

First Course: “Welcome to Nilbog Cake”
(Cupcake with green frosting)

Second Course: “The Fruit Belt”
(To tighten when the hunger pains set in)
Mint Green tea palate cleanser

Third Course: “Troll’s Curry”
(Thai green curry with tofu, potatoes, and
carrots, on a bed of rice with soft boiled egg)

There will be drink specials available to pair with each course. $35 per person for dinner & the movie; free to just show up and watch the movie. Get tickets
