There was a stabbing at Second and Union just after 4 PM Saturday. Two people were transported to Regional One and one was detained.

The #13 Memphis Tigers easily handled Wichita State on the road 112-86 Sunday. Memphis improves to 15-2 overall and 4-0 in-conference. Their ranking should rise when the new AP poll comes out today.
