Downtowners are always on the lookout for restaurants that deliver, especially ones that serve food other than pizza. This past weekend I came across a menu for a place called Duffies at 212 N. Fourth Street. They are open 8 AM to 10 PM (I guess every day, the menu didn’t say), they deliver Downtown, and they serve breakfast all day. So if you want a waffle delivered to your home at 6 PM, there you go. They also have wings, salads, sandwiches, and yes, they do have pizza as well. Cafe Pontotoc is now open on Mondays, and they have some good specials. Every Monday night that will have $5 margaritas, $2 tacos, and $2 tamales.

That’s it for now. Probably going to hit happy hour at Bardog this evening, then over to Blind Bear to watch college basketball. Back tomorrow with more news.
