Wednesday update

Well, the Tigers punched their ticket for the NIT for sure last night. If they want otherwise, they’re going to have to win the AAC tournament next month. There is no way they are going to be under consideration for an at-large bid.

Disney’s Aladdin starts a 16-show run at the Orpheum today. It will be here through Sunday, March 8.

Grecian Gourmet Taverna on South Main will host a Greek dance class on Sunday, March 22. Cost is $30 per person and it includes a meze buffet and beverage specials as well as the dance lesson. Graber Gryass will bring the live music to Sunday brunch at Loflin Yard this Sunday, March 1, from 11 AM to 2 PM. I’ve heard the brunch there is excellent. They are advertising spring weather and indeed, it appears the temperature will jump into the 60s.

ArchInc has moved into its new home in the Claridge House, the Daily Memphian reports. The principals did much of the renovation themselves, uncovering some hidden architectural features.

Still on the road but making their way back to Memphis, the Grizzlies stop in Houston this evening for a game against the Rockets. Tip is 7 PM and you can catch it on Fox Sports Southeast.

Puck Food Hall will host a Passport to Oregon wine tasting tomorrow night with over 20 different Oregon wineries represented. Each winery will have representatives on hand to discuss their products and answer questions.
